The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.

SASSA is going to be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency explained it is alarmed with regards to the higher range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some substantial range of clients/beneficiaries sassa to access SASSA services.

“This is often because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office focused on service the area on a regular basis. The company point created for intervention experiences a high inflow of probable beneficiaries, that makes it hard to the office to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to empower the servicing of all shoppers and raise entry to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
